These roles look after the UK servers and storage supporting all customer applications and internal office systems. There are responsible for core IT services including;backup, antivirus, security patching, file share services, IT Infrastructure development and improvement projects. The team also provide out of hours support.
The IT Support team manage the IT Helpdesk, supporting staff IT requirements such as PC, laptop, software, telephone (incl. mobile), printing etc. They provide answer to questions, queries and technical issues on a range of IT related topics.
Our network engineers look after UK Network and IT Security systems supporting all customer applications as well as internal systems, inter-site connectivity and security. They are responsible for ensuring local network availability and performance monitoring and support IT network development and improvement projects. The team also provide out of hours support.
