Our requirements come from our customers and our activities are managed under Ingenico’s iPDM project methodology. The software systems we build are delivered to test and operations before deployment to the field and integrate with Ingenico’s wider technology stack, enabling us to work with Ingenico colleagues across the globe.We also interact with a variety of third parties to ensure our systems work seamlessly within our market.
Within the department, the Solutions Management Team apply their functional, technical and project knowledge and expertise to support the business in winning and delivering sales opportunities based on complex, existing or new solutions across borders, across all Ingenico business lines solutions, from standalone terminals to Ingenico managed services.

Jemima Mackenzie, Test Team Leader
No two days are ever the same at Ingenico, my role as Test Team leader is always challenging and varied. My day might include a project meeting to triage defects found in the latest drop of a software release, planning resources for the test team, reviewing next year’s budget or it could involve peer reviewing test cases or results produced by the testers.
My work allows me to meet and discuss projects and ideas with a range of people from different backgrounds, with differing experiences, which keeps the job interesting. I have learned a lot about leadership and people management in my seven years here and I like the variety and the fast paced environment.
The camaraderie in the team is really good; we get on well with each other and with other departments and we regularly organise social events as a team, it’s a fun place to be.
