The facility consists of a repair shop floor, warehouse, secure room and support offices and handles more than four hundred thousand terminals a year. Repair turn around times can vary from next day swaps to up to thirty days.
To ensure that our customer’s requirements are met, we operate day, night and rolling 4-on 4-off shift patterns. We work closely with our Client Services and Sales departments and keep up to date with new products through the Engineering department and Group Research & Development.

I am a Quality Engineer and have worked in the Ingenico Warranty and Service Centre for 17 years. Each day, I pull together customer and product information that provides key data for both our customers and Ingenico’s management team.
My typical day involves running a variety of reports to extract data for various internal and external reports. I find it very rewarding when the information and investigations that I undertake result in finding the solution to a problem.
Ingenico is an ever changing, fast paced environment. There are a lot of experienced people who support each other when help is needed and the team spirit is upbeat. Working here has given me the skills to adapt to a very diverse range of personalities and has shown me that there are many routes within a business to achieving the end goal.
